Why Unique?
Well25 takes a refreshing approach. Unlike other tools that are burdensome, with complex setups, intrusive corporate directory scans, and the need for corporate account creation, Well25 is different. Busy members are often overwhelmed by long surveys and invasive questionnaires. Many people hesitate to share sensitive issues like considering resignation, facing harassment, or struggling with addiction, especially when they fear being traced through corporate devices or supposedly “anonymous” surveys. They don’t want to be directed to impersonal chatbots that can’t truly understand their struggles. Moreover, these surveys add another layer of work for managers, turning feedback into a chore for everyone involved. We’ve experienced this pain firsthand, which is why we designed Well25 from scratch to be the solution we always needed.
“As a group leader, I could not go in front of a 100 people, survey what was distressing my team, have them actually answer honestly, get a summary in real time, and then instantly send private personalized notes back to all the people (while they remain anonymous) to start a connection that gets them help. Well25 solved this.”
“The company is on my shoulders, but the problem is no one wants to tell me anything”
The app has truly transformed the way I address topics that are otherwise swept under the rug. it gave me insight to what my group are actually going through and gave me key action items I can implement based on their anonymous feedback
FAQs
Your data is not traced back to you. Group owners do not see individual replies, and our engine summarizes and removes identifying info (like names or proper nouns, so there is no “that sounds like Bob”).
You can reply with a shared link, or even a QR code (from a different device). You can register to see your data across devices, but this is done with a private username/password of your choosing and does not need any corporate account. As an individual, you can create a group for yourself and see that group owners do not see individual replies.
Yes. We strive to make it easy, and you can jump in right away. Eventually you’ll want a username/passwords so that you can access your data across sessions and devices, including reading note replies from your group leader.
Members need specific and personalized insight from their group leader (such as an escalation phone number), not just a generic chatbot. For example, a generic chatbot won’t know your organization’s official policy or contact numbers or other information you want to share with your members.
Also, the group leader is liable for anything shared, especially for sensitive topics, so they cannot just directly connect members to an external chat. Rather the group leader can make a reply, and our AI engine can privately match that reply to the appropriate member’s question.
A member is more likely to share if they can do so quickly (less than 60 seconds), from any device, and without cumbersome login.
And their response is more likely to be authentic if they can share their true feelings without it being traced back to them and facing retaliation or embarrassment.
No. Instead our AI Engine provides an anonymous group summary, protecting the privacy of the individual
“Well” is short for “wellness”, and 25 is a meaningful yet unique number. A short and generic name is both convenient for the people we serve, but also lets us define what it really means. It’s a “blank sheet of paper”, and puts the focus on the actual value delivered, instead of the coolness of the name.
